I had booked flight from kochi to Jaipur via Bangluru on 13 Nov 20 .nBut I have gotten msg from Airasia that your flight has been cancelled and rescheduled on 14 Nov 20.nBut I have to go for some important job and to be on time on Jaipur.nI have called to Air Asia sales center kochi and briefed about my problems to them and then they have taken my problem, resolved the same .nMy pleasure to be such a person in care centers who prefers the customers problems.nnTnx u very very much.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I tried to make a phone booking, after 30 mins of entering all the details with the operator he told me that his system had crashed and we had to start from the start again. Reluctantly we did start again and 5 minutes in, the line went dead, did he hang up? I gave up and booked with another airline instead.
