HDFC Bank

This is the worst HDFC bank branch.nnI went there to collect Balance Certificate. I reached at 11am. Most of the staff was still not there. They come late. When I meet the manager, he was totally irresponsible and seemed unaware of even the basic knowledge. At first he told me to go to another branch to collect the same. Then he said he would find out the procedure to get the certificate and told me to wait and come back at 4 pm (after 5 hours!!!).nThen I contacted the customer care, they told me that I can collect it from this branch. I contacted the Help desk at the branch. He made me wait for another 3 hours. Finally I had to call the customer care and they instructed him to provide me with the certificate and only then he requested another colleague(personal banker) to do this for me.nWhile this personal banker was providing me the certificate, the idiot manager came and asked him to do another work !!! After making me wait for more than 5 hours already.. then it took another 40 min to get the certificate finally at 5 pm !!!! Thats how long it takes to get your simple work done here at Betul HDFC bank branch!!!! Beware people!!!nnThere is no place even for people to stand here..nnNo place to sit...nnNo water to drink..nnNo toilets near by...nnNo token system.. wait endless...nnThe manager is the Worst idiot and must be removed immediately! Don't know how such people are hired to tarnish the image of such a nice bank !?? I have never faced problems at HDFC bank except with this brand and the manager..
