I have done my booking with the hotel via booking.com but when I reached at the hotel they refused to give reservation as we were couples but there was no such mention in the booking policy of the hotel . This has to be mentioned in their booking policy. After that they were saying if you want booking you need to pay extra 2k for that. Such things are not expected from such reputed hotel. Will suggest hotel should mention such things in their booking policy.

Hotel is located to the railway Nd bus station ( 5to 7 minutes ) and in the main market of betul town . Nd I like hotel survice Nd staff nature
