Depsite reflecting on the ticket that I have booked my seat in bharat bhenz bus normal ac bus was given rather than giving bharat benz bus

Very poor service, non maintenance, AC available in the bus but not active and not time punctuality....Overall a terrible experience

Worst experience ever....bus service is too late,time was 10:20pm nd i waited 3 hrs for datnnd the response of customer service is also not good...dat fellow is soo rude,mannerless...

Most overpriced bus service in Indore. I live in Guna which is around 270 kilometers from Indore, when I asked the price of seat (at their office), they said the price was 850 and I booked the same bus on paytm at rs 405 only. But on the other hand, their bus quality is still very fair. And if you want to travel by this bus service, then try to book your seats from online websites like paytm, mmt, etc so that you could find their bus at some reasonable price.

I boarded Hans travels bus today morning at 2:15 AM from Guna to go to Delhi. The condition of bus was pathetic. It was too dirty and unhygienic. Bed sheets, pillow and blankets were used and stinking. Bus never comes on time. Today I felt like I have been cheated and wasted Rs 4000/- for three seats
