Excellent buying experience. They were the only ones to have Hybrid cycles and I ended up buying my cycle from here. Clifford is very responsive and helpful. Regan is very knowledgeable about bikes and it all came together to help me with my buying experience. Thank you.

Wish Google had an option for 100 stars!! I drove 75 kms to service my 8 year old cycle. I do not regret my decision. Super workmanship, super service. Overall a very positive experience this was. Henceforth, this will be my regular pit stop for all cycle servicing requirements

Very rude behavior of aunty sitting in cashier desk, feels like they do charity work and no for profit. Even people who work for free and charity too has much much better behavior and respect on customers than these people here. They should seriously look forward changing their way of talking to customers. Only issue is that these guys are only vendors in Udupi for well known cycle manufacturing companies like BSA or HERO. If there are few more suppliers then i guess these people might learn some manners.

I had one of the worst experience. The shop people suggested a cycle within the rage of my budget which is having problem since day one. The brakes are squealing since the beginning. And I cannot even ride back coz of distance from Udupi.nnThey had agreed to deliver it but took more than 10 days and also delivered it at wrong place at night and I had to ride it for 7 kms at night. Because of Mishandling by delivery guys the mudguard was damaged.nnThey are having cheap quality product with very high price. I had been to shop twice and each time Staff behavior was just worst. Would never suggest this shop to anyone.
