There is no way on app, website once your Trips cancelled to get help for it. Customer care has IVR only, asking to go My Trips sections and on My trips section no way to reach out customer care for query. It shows you don't have any trip pending with us, then how to resolve issue related to Cancelled trip ?

I booked a ticket from my Make My TripnPune to Silchar was the connecting flight,I lost my flight air india change the time, and i can't change my time schedule, just bcoz Make My Trip is not maintain properly.

The operator had no clue on the flight cancellations and though the airline had agreed to refund, MMT did nothing about it.

Whoever wants to book the flight ticket please book it directly with the airlines not with these hopeless sights. They never refund any money on cancellation
