I had got a DD issued through BookMyForex. And BookMyForex used FMC Travel's services to issue the DD and get it delivered to me. FCM created massive confusion and delayed the entire process. I received the DD just in time before my travel. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, I was unable to travel and wanted to cancel my DD. BookMyForex really harassed me during the DD cancellation process without proper service and finally made me deal with FCM travels. FCM staff further harassed me, never responded on time. They have all incompetent people in the staff who do not respect the customer's time or efforts. Please don't go through FCM or BookMyForex, rather go via any bank directly for issuing DD.

I have just been there to collect my multicurrency card. They also deal in travel tickets and everything related to travel.nThey can provide multicurrency card if you planning to visit some other country.nAnd yes they can also get you the other currency into Indian currency in cash or directly in your account.

Had a pathetic experience with one of the tour managers (Mr Rohinton). It was a total waste of time... Poor planning and support provided abroad.. although the people who spoke to us initially were really sweet (Kshitija and Prashant- one of the reasons we survived a week in London.. thank God he was there), it was definitely a bitter experience. We were Ill treated, being yelled at all the time, leaving back people miles away cos they were 2 seconds away from the bus, old people were not treated well..a very selfish tour manager I would say..and many many more to mention....all the 70 people in my group did not enjoy it.. nor would anyone in our place boast of the experience...ud83dude11
