At the time of booking they said that it will be an AC but when while travelling they never started ac totally unprofessional people do not book with them

Worst service. One day before journey date I booked a ticket in Humsafar through Maharashtra travels. On journey date, drive & conductor denied my ticket saying my booking was not done. I was having & shown my ticket.nVery bad experience. Nobody respond to calls. I had to adjust in other bus.

dropping point change,drunked drivers and staffn9 hours late droped ,supposed to drop at 10am droped 7 pmnworst corporation...never travel from this operater..it took 24 hours hell journey'nMisbehave with the women's.nDo not book this...travels...not clean all broken,nPay more but book better than this..hell of a journey'.
