Not a good service at all in Malabar Gold (Phoenix Market City, Pune). Had booked a ring. After so many attempts and chasing we could get the ring and finally when we got the ring we were highly disappointed. Not the design we had selected. Also they provided the gold with lesser weight than for what we had ordered. The gold also doesn't seems as gold. Looks like they have taken some old ring and did the emboss we suggested. Highly disappointed.

Decent rates and friendly staff. Good collection, one can also order online and collect from this shop. I suggest go to the shop after checking the gold prices from their website. Their gold prices are uniform all over India, they charge Kerala gold prices which are relatively lower than local charges.nMaking charges differ from piece to piece and depends upon designs. We paid around 14% making charges after the discount. There is no scope of haggling in terms of making charges or prices.

Although the gold rate and designs are very good, but the respose/ feedback to the customer is very poor.. Never reply to the customer on telephone. Even confirmation of receipt of payment is not given besides 4 telephonic calls to their showroom. Neither the delivery date is confirmed...It seems their is no control of senior person on the staff,

One of the transparent and responsive jewellery Store. With one nation and one price and Fair Making charges they are the ones leading the market. Having purchased jewellery from various jewellers across Pune I feel they are the best ones.
