Had an excellent experience -- from help with selecting products to the shipping to delivery. I was in the market for a stereo setup, and their salesperson Kirti was super helpful and patient all through the process. His inputs were very welcome, especially when it came to recommending speaker choices for my amp selection. Shipping the stereo receiver, a pair of bookshelf speakers, and cabling from their office in Pune to my home in Gurgaon took four days (weekend included.) Very recommended -- good work, team AVXellence.
