I started CrossFit for the first time at Graybar and could not be more thankful for my experience. Ravi sir's guidance really helped me to find what I loved within CrossFit in general. The weekly fun activities, treks etc always kept the atmosphere light and cheerful. Highly recommend for people who are just starting out or are seasoned professionals in fitness!

Unlike other gyms, the trainer here (Ravi sir) is very focused on every individual's progress and takes great care to scale their workouts. For the first time, I actually feel motivated to go every day.

Graybar is not like your regular gym. Once you step in you are competing..nNo mirrors, no air conditioning.. just focus, hard work and dedication toward being a fit and a better individual..nwe are not allowed to do a single rep without Ravi sir watching us, his personal attention everone makes us go the extra mile..

This is my fourth year at Graybar. The best part of this place is Ravi's understanding of all the members and their strengths and weaknesses and customizing work out to help them improve or achieve goals. While I've been working out for years. At Graybar I've learnt the importance of conditioning and mobility and how to push yourself to perform better.
