Have been working out in this gym from past 3 Years.nSo I am editing and updating the review which I had written earlier.nThis is after the pandemic which has changed a lot of stuff.nnPrice : Too expensive. Exorbitant I would say now as the value for money is not there. After the pandemic they have shut most of the equipment's( Which I think is unnecessary as other gyms are letting use everything).nnAmbience : This is one thing I would rate it highly as it really has good positive vibes and ambience.nnTrainers : You don't have a floor manager, due to which the trainers are left unmonitored. I will come to personal trainers later. The trainers on floor though overall good, are less according to the crowd. In peak timings at the most 3 trainer you can see on the floor. When I was in Gold's Gym the trainers job was to give support and check and guide patrons if he/she is doing something wrong. Here after the Pandemic the job of the trainer is to just see if people are re racking the dumbbells or not. You need to call the trainer if you need to check your form. Now in the name of pandemic they wont give you support even if you are going to injure/die. So better have your own spotter. Personal trainers again are way expensive. So it is up to ones discretion whether you want one or not. There are good personal trainers. One good thing is that you won't get trainers pitching you for Personal Training here unlike Gold's or other gym's.nnEquipment : I would rate poorly in this front. The machines are branded Hammer Strength which is Okay not that great. Other gym like Fitness Mantra has better Equipment's comparatively. Dumbbells here are very sore point. This is the first Gym ever to have such bad dumbbells. There are no numbering on the rack so that people could keep the dumbbells according to the weight. So the rack is worst. Secondly due to improper rack each and every dumbbells rubber coating has come off. Even the weight numbers have come out. The dumbbells have mostly become uneven in weight. In short it is the worst ever dumbbells you can ever see in any gym. Even a small gym have better dumbbells. Also it takes considerable time to search for a dumbbell when you are exercising. If you see the most important part of a gym the Dumbbells which you normally use almost in all of your exercise is worst. Even after complaining by many members over the years these have neither been replaced or rectified, only a few new ones added which again have worn out after use. The dumbbells need to be thrown out. The biggest problem and the where all the feuds evolve is the Cable Crossover machine. There is only a single machine and problems arise mostly here in peak hours or members who don't want to leave or do alternate. Again in the name of pandemic many stuff have been locked up. Like the belts, Aerobic Balls, Shoulder Support belt for leg raises etc.. Most of the accessorizes needed in the gym are locked up in the name of pandemic, hygiene and safety. (If they were so concerned then they should not have opened at all) Out of the 5 treadmills 2 are shut for social distancing(Funny but true.) One stretching machine is closed. So you are working only on 3/4 of the equipment's. So overall even though many sub standard equipment's, most have been locked up.nnHygiene & Cleanliness : For hygiene I would give full marks as you have spray bottles kept near most of the equipment's to use. But then you have to carry your own 2 napkins to clean after every use. Two napkins - One for cleaning after spray and other to wipe sweat and use to keep on benches while exercising so that sweat does not touch the the bench cover. The gym is kept clean and hats of to the cleaning staff. They are always seen cleaning or vacuuming the floor and equipment's. Also daily when you come, the temperature is noted and hands are sanitized for each member.

Only best gym in this vicinity (kondhwa, Salunkevihar, undri) with international standard Hamar Strength equipment. Very specious & well placed equipment. Have you seen a jogging track inside a gym ? I hadn't..

This Gym is absolutely fantastic. It is really massive and get get a lot of space for other activities. One of the most hygienic gyms I have ever seen. The Trainers here are always available and ready to help. Don't think about it and if you get your membership during an offer just steal the deal.

Clean, Well equipped place.nThe staff are helpful and well trained.nEquipment are sanitised regularly.nIn house workout music is nice.nRefreshments available if required

Excellent facility, awesome vibes and good trainers. Definitely value for money!
