This is micro office of new india assurance.. here they scan and verify the vehicle for new insurance, assist on insurance policies and claims.. very helpful staff especially Mr. Soma..

The staff which sells the policy, the managers , the branch heads are all lackadaisical in their work and do not give proper information to the clients before underwriting the policy. With the result, if there is a claim, the customers have to suffer with less compensation or no compensation due to wrong and incomplete information. Their websote server and customer care are patheyic.The claims hub on laxmi road has some very good , sincere and cooperative staff members in their managers .nHence I would give the claims hub 5stars . But, new india assurance co ltd in general sucks.
