Worst service don't know why there is guy sitting at entrance with big stick in hand.nYou are selling medicines and you should respect customer.nnAlso behavior is not good of medical representatives hence would suggest we have many other options.

Open 24×7 but being a medical store they are more concentrated on non-medical stuff...not recommended if you are in a hurry as you'll lose your temper like I did...however they have good collection of basic needs

Went to this store to buy a couple of medicines and bandages. There were no customers and all employees were standing doing nothing. The attendent who took my list of 3 items took 20 minutes to give me those.nnRude n lousy staff, always fooling around in the outlet. They don't keep change also with them.nnDear Owners n management, Please keep in mind that u guys are owning a medical store not a municipal or government office where everything can be done with leisure. Please train your staff to be proactive.nnPlease take care of your customers who are always in emergency otherwise u may lose your clientele and people may go to other medical stores which are nearby.

In need of water bottle at night , gopal the executive gave the reason of pharmasist who need to verify to the system, give water bottle. He abused me that moment for not providing me water bottle . Usless person of the store . I have all the evidence of it , throwing his own I'd to the desk .he has no humanity.

The shop is only interested in selling ice creams and chips to customers and least bothered to cater to people standing in line for medicines.they only come for home delivery if the order is if high amount.if order is small amount then they never deliver inspite of promising to do so.as a result you keep waiting for medicines.One should never go there for medicines.only go there for cosmetics and snacks.slso they don't have Dettol,disprin, and most simple dtuff
