Need improvement on customer service

I didnt like the service of bus, when I sat on sit I was taken in cabin and the conductor asked me to sit on chair which was very uncomfortable for me. All passengers are giving same amount of money to buy tickets but then why sits are given different to them. Inside the bus there should be some status of equality. I hope next time when I will travel in apple coaches this should not happen with anyone.

Bogas Ac travels im seen ever, only look are good but their is no proper service, last seat no Ac, seats are not comfort even not a back support, lot of suffocation into the travels that shows the AC condition in bus And important think is arogenta staff with ladies also..
