Standing on the Watch Tower at the top of the hill, the play of clouds and sunshine on the high and low hills and the view of the houses of the Indians on the other side of the border touches the mind, overwhelms the heart.nnIf you go 100 yards to the left along the road to the left of the Madhutila Eco Park Gate, you will see the 55 feet high Watch Tower. Standing on the Watch Tower, you will enjoy the fun, the quietness of nature. Everywhere is like a kingdom of green. You will see the rugged hills of the Indian state of Meghalaya located a little further away.

When we decided we were going, we were not very sure on what we can do.and what to expect. It is a nice little eco park but is not well maintained. It has an open dear section, a watch tower and a few nice lakes. There are small hiking trails available but since this is bordering area with India you might have to go with proper protocol.
