New deputy commissioner office/passport office

Imagine waiting in a queue in a Government office and getting work delayed because there is no electricity. Shame.

It's a very good place for the people

We reached the Passport Office at 9:30AM but had to wait for hours as there was no electricity. For the betterment of providing service to the people, I suggest that they install a back-up generator so that the precious time of both the public and the official staff is saved. Otherwise, the overall experience with the official staff was pleasant.nnPS: I overheard the conversation while waiting that the same electricity problem occurred the day before too, so they had to come again today.

No contact number difficult to get appointment staffs are very rud need to change their mindset.

Newly shifted office, it's awesome better then the one in Lingrijan.
