Need to upgrade the service center from area size to employees(good mechanic not that underage kids) should maintain customers and employees(mechanic) ratio also some stuff in the service department need serious consultant regarding their moral behavior, and yes zero diligent! remember we buy and pay for the service? free service was not for lifetime .most of the time I had a very bad experience.

I bought a hero two wheeler from here and I have been here a dozen times. At first the first customer service was good, the staffs were courteous but day by day, their service got worse. I need to travel atleast 40 Km for servicing but sometimes my appointments get cancelled because of shortage of mechanics or they don't have all the parts. Hero is not an ordinary small company, most of the staff here needs to undergo etiquette sessions to handle their job professionally. I have been let down many times, especially from the counter and some of the mechanics. Either a part is not available or the kids are touching my 80k worth scooter.

Mechanics are asking money after service which makes us wonder whether we pay for the company or them??

Since u guys are asking n I can spend sometime to kill time, I reached hero company located at notun Basti around 10am this morning for installation of my bike no. Plate. There was no electricity and they told me to wait sometime until the current is back. And so I waited till 12:15pm .during this time I walk around the garage and saw others as well waiting for the current so they can repair their vehicle as wellwell. I had an appointment at 1pm and so I left the company without installing my no. Plate. I will have to go again in the coming days and hoping there will b electricity this time. ✌

Servicing is not good , don't know how to deal with customer, don't explain properly about the documents , don't give time to customers , under aged workers which is a crime , letting their customers to for a long time even for a small thing
