If it were possible I would have given them negative score. I bought a six seater dining table in 2019 delivered on Aug 31st. All the 4chairs n the bench broken in 6months. Looks were great .we didn't expect life long durability still 1 year durability is very poor.nServices are also poor . It took me days of complaining to get someone to repair.nDon't go on looks. The whole brand is a fraud.

They have worst service in Bhubaneswar. It's been 2 months, our bed and mattress are not installed yet. Moreover, the phone number mentioned is also not working.nnEven calling the customer care is of no use. I dont recommend anyone to go and buy. You will regret the after service from them.

Really bad experience with hometown bhubaneswar due to 1) delay in delivering product, 2) no commitment to their customers, 3) even cancelling my order, the money refunded to me after 18days and need to contact their team repeatedly 4) due to bad customer service Of hometown Bbsr, I loose around 4k rupees for emi preclousure process of my credit card loan which I have taken during the purchase from hometown.5)they didn't even informed me about the delay in delivery of the product after the due date passed. 6) very unprofessional workers and support team.

A very big NO to HOMETOWN!! Though they belong to reputed company but the management is completely worse!!! A BIG NO TO MODULAR KITCHEN!! The company employee are cheating with their customers and even they deny to their own mails and commitment, even they are not able to complete their kitchen work in a year! Post they make fake commitments to do their work! And i m ending up at last by filing a case!!!nnThere are many reviews about the other customers too so think before you invest your money in this outlet to buy your stuff... after having advanced with them the store says we have no order of you and even without completing the work the Store managar MR.
