Bad hospitality, staffs are not good. Not telling anything about bikes just standing like we are stealing the bikes. We can't start a bike to hear sound. No battery inside the bike. They also don't have bikes for test ride. Bad showroom ever visited.

I don't know how much this particular dealership is to blame and how much the company is to blame but they have some concepts that really challenge your understanding. For example, the concept of booking a bike and paying the booking price and having to pay the increased price during final delivery. A hike which happened during the time the company failed to deliver your vehicle. 3 months from the booking date. Pretty elegant way to swindle, I'd say. Two stars because the dealership has a decent enough showroom with some variations of their merchandise on display. And also because the staff try to treat you well while having no idea of what curve ball the company throws next.

Very worst experience. Staff are purely unprofessional and don't know the minimum behaviour. They told me vehicle is available for test ride and after reaching the store traveling for around 10km they say bike is not available. I could clearly see the bike getting parked after he came from a ride. If you don't know how to interact and cater customer needs it's better to shut the store and rest for as much time you want..pathetic and unresponsible staff.
