I didn't have a very good experience with it. First of all if you are travelling with family they will ask for seat upgradation with a premium rate... And if you disagree they will deliberately allocate you different rows with different seats so that you are bound to upgarde it. Food is okay...leg space is also uncomfortable for tall men/women.
