I took one bmw 320d for the wedding the car was in excellent condition but the journey was highly tedious bcoz the driver seemed to be in a bit of hurry always and on return he drived in extreme turning roads with hurriedness and sudden braking...we as passengers are frightened and journey was very tedious due to the bad driving skills...Very bad driving i must say...

Booked 3day of swift dezire...nOn day 1they send a driver who didn't know any road,even with help of Google map he had to ask local people for rout,took 5hrs and 3wrong turns to reach Bhuvneshwar to Konark and escaped 3tourist places which had to covered... can't talked to driver because I didn't know odia language and he didn't know Hindi or English....and ruined my day...nnWhen complained to owner he promised to send another car and driver for day2&3...nnHe gave us a 10year old trevera car in which windows were not working and faced starting problem... everything was shaking and making noise in car...no seat belts were there...
