It's a low cost Airline. So be ready to pay for each and everything. Web check in is mandatory, but when u will select seat every seat is chargeable. If a person is buying a ticket giving a full payment, it should be Airlines responsibility to give option to choose seat. If u want to choose free seat then the system will give u automatic and u can not seat near to your family

Indigo BBR extremely casual about allowing people to board without face shields, occasionally even without masks on, without so much as a request or announcement. Really unconcerned. When it was pointed out the response is no one can be forced. But people can be requested as is being done in all serious airlines. And passengers generally comply if the airlines requests. Terrible attitude by local indigo staff.

The flight 6E 7117 was scheduled at 9.10 pm. It is 11.50 pm & we boarded the plane & then dismounted from the plane . The pilot is uncommunicative & incomprehensible. The flight attendants are scared. So disgusting.
