The flights was late for more than 3 hours and did not have food for buying neither the boarding was happening in time.nNot good service booking indigo or vistara next time for sure.nNo proper communication between the customers is shared.nNeither the covid protocol where followed in the flightnFound noone wearing the face shield

Pathetic service. My Flight service got cancelled. After which I couldn't cancel my flight ticket. Couldn't reach customer care via phone call.Customer care number was on hold for 44minutes...Still no response. So I requested their help by visiting directly after travelling 20kms. He said he can't do anything. Then for what purpose this outlet is...? Just for collecting money...?!

Taken 2 flights with go air and both time its delayed 2 hrs and ride experience also worst.

Pro's: The space in the flight is quite decent. You can stretch your legs quite comfortably.nCons: our flight was booked for 1:30pm and two days back we receive a message stating it has been postponed for 4pm and again after some time got a message stating it was postponed to 9. After reaching the airport in time, our boarding time was 8:20 and when we stood in a long line to board the flight, we got to know it was Indigo and on informing them that the same time was informed for Go Air, they said that it had again been postponed by 40 min. Pathetic service! They should atleast be professional enough and inform about the delay instead of waiting for us to go and ask them. Changing the time 4 times without any explanation?? Very unprofessional!

Very cheap service. If you have some enquiry they never attended your call. Very worst people are there. All staff go to hell ud83dude21
