Loved the service and the behaviour of the entire team ,even the manager Mr Maharana was quite attentive to look after the customer problems and solve them at ease.

There is so much delay in the delivery of the vehicle that I had to cancel the order.nThere isn't much to say for the waiting time as Royal Enfield wants to test your patience by telling you that your vehicle would reach you after 6 months.nIf a company this big doesn't have confidence in selling their product in the market why launch it and make big claims.nTherefore I strongly recommend please reconsider your thoughts about dealing with this particular showroom or Royal Enfield as there isn't a way to track the delivery of the vehicle. All claims made are not true at all and all they had to do was to call us at the end of 2 months of booking and say that it was delayed by 5 months thereafter. Anytime someone decides to invest their money, it signifies a trust. A trust that they would be taken care of, even after the sale is made. My rating is symbolic of what I experienced.

It's quite Good Showroom and Service for Royal Enfield Bikes. They completely deal with all Models of Royal Enfield Bikes and they Provide Services for Owned Bikes.
