We had excellent experience starting from the communication. First impression started while speaking with their office staff. He is very cordial, informative as well as honest ( We had no knowledge about the territory and rates of services in Odisha). We had the pickup around 04:50 am and surprisingly driver was on time at the station and not only that he gave us kind of alarm before deboarding the train. Cab Condition was very good, neat and clean. So we very much recommend their service whoever comes to Odisha and looking nice car services.

It was a great journey during this pandemic. Behaviour of staffs as well as driver was also very nice. The service will be more transparent if you show the before and after travel meter reading from your side. Previously I have travelled the same destination (Naka gate, khandagiri to barikur, bhadrak) several times and that was around 125 km. But this time I don't know how it became 135. When I checked the meter photo sent from the driver at the start of my journey, it was taken at 4:37pm, whereas my journey was started at 5pm. I didn't argue with the driver as it was a crucial time, when i got the service as the state was going under lock down from the very next day. I hope this issue may be taken care off by the management team.

The service was good. Price was reasonable and competitive as compared to other travellers. I was given a chance to verify the cab before I onboard. Driver Bapi was well mannered. The best thing I like about him is that he was driving the vehicle as if it his own car and that's how a driver should drive. I liked the process of online payment than paying in cash. Thanks Sambit for such a good service and would definitely recommend it to my friends and colleagues about your service.
