Third class customer service (On call) but mails are getting replied appropriately. The main fault is the delivery executive do not call you neither informs you by any means but directly mark the shipment as delivered to fulfill their target. They either deliver it next day or some other day.

Most unprofessional delivery by the staffs. The delivery person is simply stating that your locality is not tracable , so please come and collect. Even after stating the details of the location, they are not ready to deliver the product.

I've returned an order on 9th of March and expected delivery time was 13th of March but it is still in transit till date(29/03/2021). No one is responding the calls. Very poor service.
