For the past 12 years, I have always got service or repair of my car done here. There is some wait time when you visit even after booking a time slot. Sometimes when you don't have time and get your car picked up for service or repair and when car is sent back, a few smaller parts are either broken or not fixed back after opening. And you won't even notice until you visit next time yourself and another mechanic checks the car and asks about missing/broken part, like what happened in my case today and one time earlier. When I visited myself, mechanics who serviced my car were almost always good.nnToday they charged around Rs.1000 for front and rear brake cleaning alone. Not sure if it is reasonable.nnWaiting area is good. Staff is polite. They ask you about water, tea etc. and provide you, if you ask for.nnWhen service is due then you receive too many calls by different people to get your car serviced even when you say that you will visit on your own, whenever you have time.nnNot sure how they have got rating of 4.7 though. Overall when you consider wait time, repair charges and accidental damage to your car, they deserve the rating I have given - 3 stars.

I visited Goyal hyundai, JalandharnExcellent customer service and low cost of repair service. Advisor very well experienced service charges. Delighted with overall service experience!!

Just do the formality . Don't rely on them blindly . They never tell you the real problem until the issue is grave and you remind them of the issue. This is not how a professional company works .
