It was the only bus service that connects Jaipur to Churu in the early hours of the morning. I had booked the ticket through Railyatri app.nThey had displayed two bus services in the app. AC bus service at 3:45AM and Non-AC bus service at 4:45AM.nI paid 430 rupees for the AC bus. I got a m-ticket that the bus starts at 3:45AM. After few hours, I got a sms that the bus starts at 4:45AM.nI tried to contact the customer care of Railyatri and the travel agent but no response.nI visited the office and came to know that they only have Non-AC bus to Churu. They have put wrong information on the app. I cancelled the ticket on the previous day and did not give me a full refund either.
