This is known more as ghantaghar because of the huge size bell on its top. The bell was working some years ago but due to raw stairs it's not working anymore. Nihal tower was built by dholpur king Nihal that's why it is named so. At 600m waking distance from ghantaghar there are two places Nagar parishad and city jublee hall(city library).
