A good place. Very firstly the +ve side.n- Centre locationn- Near to the fortn- Awessome rooftop restaurant.n- Good and decent rooms.n- Awessome food.n- Great fort and sunrise view.nnNow the -ve side.n- Small washroomsn- Toiletories not adequate as per hotel standard.n- No proper parking for the car, they have a road adjacent to hotel complex, you can park there at own risk.n- Amenities not provided as per listed on Goibibo.n- Major issue, breakfast not available before 8:30 AM. So if you gotta leave early better not book the complimentary breakfast deal.nnSUMMED UP - A good property, but they are not maintaining the standards as per the price charged.

This hotel is situated upon City Mall.nReliance trends and other shops at first level. Second level is empty. 3 & 4th is owned by the hotel. Room was good. I think this is the only 4 star near Chittorgarh Fort. Food is served at Skydeck restaurant on the top. We do not find food tasty but we found it highly expensive. For one tea they charge 50 plus GST.nService was not as it of a 4 star Hotel.nDifferent type of menu for complimentary breakfast. They process it like a 2 star hotel.nNo Buffet system.nWe booked room with breakfast but we requested for dinner instead of breakfast since we had to leave early morning. They only discounted Rs 200. we were 2 person and 2 person breakfast worth only 200. So you can imagine the level of breakfast they provide. No breakfast like a 4 star hotel. I advise them to visit a 4 star hotel and take service of 4 star then they might get to understand what is a 4 star hotel. They should visit Lemon tree 4 star hotels, then they might understand the service level of a 4 star.
