The workers were friendly, they quoted me the exact price for repair as I had my display damaged. Even they verified if I had the MI protection cover for my mobile. They were following COVID guidelines in there repair center. They were able to get spare parts in 5 days, just a day before complete lockdown in May. Downside was the diagnosis tool was not able detect touch after the spare part replacement. So they had to reset my software for getting that fixed. I end up reinstalling all apps it took me 3 to 4 days. Luckily I had all my data in cloud so there was no data loss.

Worst response they don't even attend ur call and they don't give a proper respect to the customer..

Worst customer service. Please behave gently with customers. They don't know about your service policies.

Worst response and they don't know how to repair and how to identify problems in mobile phone.nThey just open the panel and tell we need to update software or we need to change than part.nThis is the only answer I ever heard.nVery very worst response
