The Koti Lingeshwara Swamy temple is one of the most ancient shrines. The presiding deity in the temple is Lord Shiva. The speciality of the temple is that it has more than a Crore (Koti) Shiva lingams. These Shiva Lingams are known as Parthiva Lingams.
