The market opens at around 7am and is highly crowded. You can get good and fresh vegetables. But you should visit inside the main market and see a few shops before buying stuffs (not all the shops have good quality and the price varies a lot). There is a fish and meat market inside the market. Fishes are available fresh but of lesser varieties.
