It was an oldest Community Hall for S.C (Madiga). This is also called as Dr. Br. Ambedkar Bhavan. No one can use this hall because of its old building. No electricity in the hall.. Washrooms and drinking water not available here. Water comes in to the hall raining season.. If the new building sanctioned it's very useful to the students for combined studies. Other meetings etc...
