Sector 122 branch, particularly, washes the clothes even if you give them for Dry clean.nAlso, they washed my 3 winter jackets out of 4 given for dry cleaning.

Worst Laundry Ever!!! Took the clothes and returned even dirtier. When called the manager, he was not apologetic and instead made an excuse that the machine is not working properly hence we cannot do anything. I paid Rs1100 for my clothes to be returned like this. PLEASE DO NOT GO FOR THIS LAUNDRY. I repeat DO NOT GO FOR THIS LAUNDRY IF YOU LOVE YOUR CLOTHES.nnYour dirty clothes are much better than the clothes washed by UCLEAN! Horrible service.

Have been calling them from last 3 days as quilt that they have dry cleaned has a very strong smell of some chemical, but they haven't send their guys to pickup the quilt from my place. Very poor level of service, thank god i didn't go for their 2500 ruppees package, as these guys are not reliable.
