Went for vaccination and my experience was good.nIt went through a smooth process.nStaff was good at their work.nI would like to highlight 2 area of improvement. After getting the token there is no proper way where people can sit or wait by maintaining social distance. After vaccination the observation area at 6th floor has only few chairs and people had to sit on other floors or any available space and this was the case when very people were there.

Got our second dose at Max Noida. Very smooth experience and helpful staff. They had two separate counters for verification and payment and at two places so none of the lines get too long. There was a person who kept reminding folks to maintain distance. The room where vaccination was given was very neat and clean. Including all the formalities, we were in & out in 30 min.

The slots opened at 9:59 pm for 18+ vaccination and we booked for next day. The entrance is manned by 2 staff who verify if you have a genuine appointment.nPost that people are sent to the third floor for vaccination. Billing is also done on that floor. Tip- you can do the billing online through their app/ website and avoid any contact at the counter.nOn the third floor there is a waiting area and then you get the jab. It took 1.5 hrs for us to get it done. Was slow for the number of people they vaccinate on a day- 100.nStill, it was hygienic and overall not too crowded at any point. Parking is an issue.

My daughter got her 1st dose of vaccination here in 18+ slot. The staff was coordinating very well.nPerfectly managed system, no hustle bustle.....all went very smoothly and in organized way. Great initiative ud83dudc4d thanks to all there!!

Today went for vaccination of my son. He got his first dose today. Seamless , hassle free process. Visit there only if you have valid appointment as there are no walk ins allowed here. Vaccination process begins at 9 am so it is advisable that you reach there by 8:30 am
