Golden Fish Park

Very nice and peaceful park situated in the cantonment area of Meerut. As its name there is a pond in which there are lots of golden and silver fish.very interesting place for families and kids as they feed pieces of bread to fishes. But very disappointing that currently it is closed for civilians due to some security reasons and now it is available for the army persons and their families only.

The only Lake park I would say that exist it meerut . It's Huge . Well maintained by Army Staff . 3 View Stand has been made for the visitors With safety barricade . You can see a lot of fish near these view points as visitors feed them regularly . You can find a huge group of ducks patrolling around the water . Amazing view . The play park for small kids are added attraction to the kids . They also have Rabbits , pigeons & even ostrich at this very park . Good seating arrangements for visitors . You also have skating area . A Big Dino statue of metal . Beautiful but small flower garden . You have a canteen inside the premises for snacks . Parking facility is there & its free. The Gates of the park is open in the morning & get closed by 6:30Pm . There are days were the gate is not opened at all for general public as per my experience . Meerut Can't area this is one of the peacefully park for kids and family . But with kids always an adult should be there as its risky due to the lake .

A very peaceful place. There are some animals . Very cute . Whenever feel bored anybody can come and enjoy it.

Park is not well maintained and condition of pond is worse ( many fishes have died )nBut rabbits and ducks are something what kids nd even elders love to play with and feed them...

Nice park to spend weekend with kids/families
