Smiling staff, friendly vibes, spot on Cleanliness and hygiene, good service options makes this place a spot of calm in this pandemic storm.nSpecial thanks to therapist Ms. Neeta for the attentive services.nThroughout the service they try to push a higher range/better (costlier) service, be it any category. This is something I have faced at every Naturals salon in Bangalore/Mysore/ Chennai..... Salon regulars pretty much know what we want or will ask for consultation at the very beginning. If Naturals would stop doing that, it's 4.5 stars and value for money.nDo visit. Recommended.

The hospitality , staff, ambience, products used all are good ..I visited here for the fisrt time and I am very much satisfied. I also got registered myself for the membership card . The service is affordable too. Overall experience was nice . Hope the same quality is maintained in further days.!

Very professional and hygienic service. Staff was very courteous. I got my facial and hair botox done. Chandan, who is the hair dresser did a very good job. I am extremely happy with the service.

Be ready to pay extra for everything. Its like you order Idli in a restaurant and have to pay for chutney also. Forgot wash my hair after but still charges me the full amount. Absolutely not recommended.
