Despite being a covid dedicated hospital, the staff doesn't follow the covid protocols. They don't wear masks properly. It risks the safety of patients, relatives as well as their own self. It's hard to talk to doctors. Managers don't give the timely reports.

Worst hospital I have ever seen. No provision of sanitizer at appropriate locations as per the Covid 19 guidelines. None of the staff members including medical officer and manager were wearing mask properly which was the biggest surprise that health care professionals are not wearing mask properly. No doctor was present at the area where vaccination for senior citizens were carried out. In addition to this, computer system at reception was not working properly which ultimately delayed the receipt procedure.
