As usual for Toyota facilities, a good facility with quality staff.nnPros : Nicely built and easily accessible place. Attentive sales and service staff having good knowledge about their subjects. Wonderful test drive experience.nnCons : Communication skills of support staff needs to be polished. They can be more courteous with customer.

This is Toyota showroom located near Partapur trijunction on NH58 in Meerut. Showroom has inside parking with decent amount of display cars. Though demo car was not in good shape. Overall customer service was also not upto mark. Sales executive were not well aware of the products. No temperature check on entry. Employees were not wearing masks. Regular sanitization was missing. Reducing rating to 2 stars because of less safety measures against Covid.
