Highly recommended for purchasing authentic Firstcry products, the store manager ‘Akash’ and the staff are extremely responsive and consumer friendly. When we encountered difficulty in usage of one of the product we purchased from the store, ‘Akash’ took his personal time and ensured that we got the product on time delivered at home. Very satisfied.

ALL THE STUFF UNDER ONE ROOF IS A GREAT IDEA FOR MOTHERS TO SHOP FOR BABIES . HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL TO VISIT ATLEAST ONCE TO AVAIL THE HUGE VARIETY OF THEIR CLOTHING. HIGHLY IMPRESSED WITH THE TYPE OF CLOTHING !

They claim to do home delivery during covid situation but they dont reply to your watsapp.. staff is just not helpful, and are clueless of some products. Need to have customer centric approach, but seems they are still in lockdown mode..

Well stocked shop for infants & kids clothing, their daily needs & toys. Mostly Chinese items. Bit pricey though.
