I don't know about their services but i can say that it's easy to notice the police station.

The police officer named Mr.ASIT PANJI was drunk on duty in uniform (he admitted )when he told me to stop my car and get the documents of the car checked. Without any test(neither did he have a breath analyser nor did he test ) whatsoever he falsely blamed me for drunken driving when he didn't find any fault in the car documents. When he saw that I was with my wife and twin sons(two years old) and my parents,he accused me of not wearing the seat belt( I opened before getting down the car) and started shouting in a harsh voice and created a ruckus on the road. We were falsely implicated and had to pay the fine although we were not in fault because of my sons(two years old) getting irritated due to hot weather. We left in a hurry and were not even given receipt or any document for the fine we paid. Mr.Asit Panji thinks himself to be a big hero when bullying tourist here in Digha. Instead of helping, these policemen are busy collecting subscriptions rather. Policemen like Mr.Asit Panji are a real disgrace to the men in uniform and should be severely dealt with for such irrational behaviour and ill treatment to the tourists.

Since it is a tourist spot the police are very helpful....and the police station is also easy to notice...
