Worst experience ever. Booked 8 tickets from goibibo. We selected seats as per our choice but on the day of the travel we did not get those and we had to adjust as per them. Firstly they have no proper management for seat allocation. They don't even track the bookings from online agents like goibibo or makemytrip. The behaviour is rude and not helpful at all. The trip was around 4 hours. We didn't face any trouble during the journey but the starting was worst. I give them 2 stars.

Worst bus service ever. Very bad. I booked the bus from goibibo app, Kolkata to Digha. When I reached the boarding point Esplanade, kolkata, they denied entry. even after we show them the ticket and the bus number they tried to get rid of us. It was a harassment. But then after a shouting match they agreed that we have a proper ticket but offered us different seat than the ones we booked. This is the worst traveling experience ever. I booked the bus ankita paribahan (ex serviceman) through goibibo for the date 27th feb from Kolkata to mandarmani. When we went there the guy who were managing that bus told, this bus is fully booked and told we don't know that booking is being taken from goibibo. and you check another travel agent's counter. We went there and they confirm this is the bus. Now that guy was not willing to take us but finally after some conversation they provided us seats in some other seats which we did'nt like . That was too much harassment for us . Does this means goibibo is not a valid platform for booking bus for this ankita paribahan?

Pathetic and 3rd class bus service. Had booked air conditioned bus for Digha and was charged around Rs 370 for it but when went to their bus stop was told our bus has been cancelled and that we would be shifted onto a different bus and that bus turned out to be a nightmare though it was an ac coach. The ticket of that bus must not have been even more than Rs 200. So we vere cheated by the Ankita Paribahan. I need my excess money back that was charged from me. I can give the bus ticket no. and as well as the pnr number for return of excess money charged to me.
