Disha Eye Hospital Mourigram

Front desk staffs specially counter no 4 behaved rudely she has always approached negatively .We booked our time slot at 10 am on 01.04.2021but we reached near counter at 11am after all pre formality . she question us why you are so late , what time you take to fill the form , you are standing one Hour in line, your hand writing is not proper to understand , who is with you, what is her relation with you, your voice is not proper to understandable. We went on Saturday but they refused us to provide proper appointment and fix our meeting with doctor. simply harassed us. Not at all expected from such a reputed hospital. Please look into it.

Not well organised. Lack of proper management. Their server was down on 8th February 2021. They let their patients to go upstairs and downstairs all the time. Long waiting time.nDoctors are good.nSome staffs are polite but on the Desk no 200 the staff's behaviour was rude. It took almost 6.5 hours for a normal check up and get an appointment for cataract surgery.nnSurgeon Dr. Saswata Biswas is very polite and friendly. He is one of the best surgeons available here.nnOverall good.nn*The security in the gate let you buy a face mask ud83dude37 worth Rs. 10/- forcefully if you wear a mask with Fliter (Commonly seen N95 ones) or you are using a handkerchief. [Masks sold are overpriced, because it's easily available in Medical Stores @Rs.5/- only]nnPlease wear a proper Mask to keep yourself protected.

Good hospital, good maintenance, staffs are also good , they have optical store and medicine shop at ground floor . good ambience, systemetical way , many facilities with experienced surgeons

Are popular eye hospital which is located near mourigram railway station......... The hospital is very famous for its outstandingnService...... The medical stuff, doctors are very helpful and the behaviour and the patient checking system is also very good..... The fees are not so high....... They are all types of facilities , like eye check up, eye surgery, medicine shop, spectacle shop... all are inside this hospital........ There are a reception..... The staffs are very helpful..... The hospital is neat and clean.... It maintains all covid protocols very strictly........
