As I am writing this I am yet to get a clarification inspite of two emails and phone callsnOrdered 2 bouquets on Mother day at the same address with two greeting labels. They delivered one with both the message.nnNo no response from City Flowers. Charged for two but got one. Highly disappointed with the entire episode. Not sure even if they will refund the amount for one.nnBad experience

Guys,if you dont want to dissapoint your loved ones-never order anything from cityflowers!this is a real shame that they deliver broken roses fixed with tape and charge money like for fresh flowers. Btw their support team finally sent new bouquet with an excuse,this time all roses were fresh and no broken sterns. Hope they will keep quality up like this for other customers too.
