I had ordered 1 box of Royal Dansk assorted cookies,2 boxes of Ferrero Rocher chocolates(total 48 pieces)and 50 Red roses arrangement with black forest cake for my mom.Today she received half of the order and it was supposed to be Royal Dansk cookies but she received Sapphire chocolate cookies which was half broken and not even worth the money that I had paid for.I would like you guys to either make a refund of the Royal Dansk cookies or to resend her a proper package of the cookies that I had paid for.This is not fair from your part when customers trust you and place an order for their loved ones special occasions but they are being sent faulty and a different brand stuff.I am attaching the pictures of the box that we received.I still have to receive the other half and I hope that you will take care to send the ordered items.
