This branch issues outdated non-CTS 2020 Standard cheques, which may be mistaken as fraudulent. Please be careful, customers. Have your cheque book replaced at the branch if you have been issued non-CTS 2010 Standard cheques. Ensure that the Bank logo is printed on the cheque in UV ink or invisible ink.nnThe bank staff won't take any responsibility and would try to make you believe that it's your fault. As a former bank employee, I was appalled by their lack of caution and responsibility. They justify this lapse by saying that many banks clear such cheques. That doesn't right the wrong. It is hopeless arguing with them.
