Apart from manager the staffs who generally deal with public are quite good and helpful. But there is a lady who deals with credit and debit card has really bad temper and behaviour of her is very bad.. Overall i find this bank okay..

One of the most pathetic bank of Bally. My debit card was expired in the month of October. Every time I visit there for the same, they says we are running out of man power please come back after few days. Today it was my 6th visit to the bank still they said the same thing again. A year back it was a nice bank but the new staffs and manager completely ruined this bank. Sorry to say this but this is a fact.

3RD CLASS BANK.BEHAVIOUR IS TOO BAD.A NON BENGALI PERSON,MR. MATHUR,RELATED EITH DEBIT CARD ISSUE, KNOW NOTHING ONLY SHOW OF.nPLZ AVOID THIS BANK

very poor service like other govt.owned banks..ATM is also not working most of the time.
