Millenium Park, Ferry Ghat

The main attraction was the boat ride on river Hoogly. It was beautiful, fresh air flowing with a bit of cold. But,pleasant nevertheless.

Family park with rides for kids are available here. Nice environmental position besides the river Ganga, with plenty of greenery in this park. Sitting arrangements for olds, drinking water, Sun shade, playing ground etc are available here. Protected by police. There are entry fees here. It was inaugurated in the year 2000, so it's name as Millennium Park.

No public toilet available. No seating arrangement found. Tickets are at 49/- inr

If you want to feel a cruising experience then visit this place.One can book a ticket with a affordable price and can see all the areas of ganga.It will take 1 to 1.30 hour to complete the journey.First it will go up to Ahiritola Ghat,then back and up to Hooghly setu.You can buy food also.Chilled air of River Ganga,With Rabindrasangeet,with your beloved...imagine☺ufe0f☺ufe0f

Wonderful place to spend time...but the authority should be more strict regarding ambient atmosphere.
